Mr. Burton F. Boltuch

Mr. Boltuch, the founder of The Law Offices of Burton F. Boltuch, is currently lead counsel for former and current Hooters employees in three class actions pending in California.

Mr. Boltuch specializes in employment and business counseling and litigation. He is an expert in employment discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour and traditional labor and employment matters (including NLRB proceedings, labor arbitrations, dispute resolution and collective bargaining). He has practiced in the field since 1976 and has extensive litigation experience encompassing employment discrimination, wage and hour, wrongful termination, union-management and other employment-related matters. He regularly advises, counsels and litigates in these areas. He serves as a neutral mediator to help parties resolve employment-related disputes.

Mr. Morris J. Baller, a partner at Goldstein, Demchak, Baller, Borgen & Dardarian, LP, is a co-counsel with Mr. Boltuch in the Bay Area and Central Valley cases and is assisting with the Southern CA case.
